Pumpkin Pie Squares

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 c flour
- 0.5 c quick oats
- 0.5 c brown sugar
- 0.5 c butter
Filling
- 2 15 oz cans pumpkin
- 2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 0.5 t cloves
- 1 t salt
Topping
- 0.5 c brown sugar
- 0.5 c chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
- 2 T butter
Directions
- Combine the Crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 deg for 20 min until golden.
- Mix filling ingredients until smooth and pour over crust. Bake 45 minutes.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top
- Bake 15 - 20 minutes until a knife tests clean.
- Cool and store in refrigerator.
