Some rectangles may cook faster than others, you may remove them and continue to bake the rest.

Ingredients
- 0.5 c grated, fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 c cake flour plus additional for dusting
- 2 T snipped fresh parsley
- 0.5 t salt
- 0.25 t baking powder
- 0.5 c milk
- 1 T olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Finely grate cheese into a bowl, and add the next 4 ingredients; mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly to form a soft dough.
- Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and no longer sticky; adding additional flour as necessary
- Pat dough into rectangle, generously flour both sides.
- Place on baking stone or pizza pan and roll out to edges; prick surface with fork
- Cut dough into 12 rectangles with pizza cutter
- Bake 23 to 26 minutes or until deep golden brown
