Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Ole’ Fashioned Oats
- 2 tsp. chopped nuts (walnuts, peanuts, whatever you like)
- 2 tsp. flax or chia seeds
- 0.5 cup milk (or a bit more)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Put all the dry ingredients into a 1/2 pint mason jar.
- Add milk to the jar leaving 0.5 - 0.75 inches of headspace in the jar.
- Put the lid on tightly, and shake until the sugar is dissolved and everything’s well mixed.
- Refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
- Enjoy!
