Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Ole’ Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tsp. chopped nuts (walnuts, peanuts, whatever you like)
  • 2 tsp. flax or chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup milk (or a bit more)
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Put all the dry ingredients into a 1/2 pint mason jar.
  2. Add milk to the jar leaving 0.5 - 0.75 inches of headspace in the jar.
  3. Put the lid on tightly, and shake until the sugar is dissolved and everything’s well mixed.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
  5. Enjoy!
