Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4-oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 - 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • orange and green food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat together butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl.
  2. Beat in milk and vanilla extract, then gradually blend in the confectioners’ sugar until frosting is thick and creamy.
  3. Spread frosting evenly on top of cupcakes.
