Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 4-oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 - 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- orange and green food coloring (optional)
Directions
- Beat together butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl.
- Beat in milk and vanilla extract, then gradually blend in the confectioners’ sugar until frosting is thick and creamy.
- Spread frosting evenly on top of cupcakes.
