Pistachio Ambrosia or Green Goop
My Aunt E gave this one to me. She’s a whiz when it comes to any kind of Jello based dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 sm. box instant pistachio pudding
- 1 16 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 12 or 16 oz. bowl Cool-Whip
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
Directions
- Mix both cans of pineapple in a large bowl
- Sprinkle pudding mix over pineapple and let sit for a few minutes
- Blend in coconut, nuts, and marshmallows.
- Fold in Cool-Whip and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
