Pumpkin Pie

Instead of roasting the pumpkin, you can steam it for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 c roasted pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t cloves
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 Grandma’s Pie Crust
Directions
- Roast pumpkin until toothpick pierces easily
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients in large bowl
- Pour mixture into pie crust
- Bake at 425 F, for 15 minutes
- Reduce temperature to 350 F, and bake 35-51 minutes, until tooth pick comes out clean.
