Rhubarb Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, butter and eggs well. Add rhubarb.
  2. Mix together next 6 ingredients; then fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes.
