Rhubarb Drop Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts
Directions
- Mix sugar, butter and eggs well. Add rhubarb.
- Mix together next 6 ingredients; then fold in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes.
