Habanero Sauce
My Dad and I tweaked this recipe from another cookbook. We wanted more kick. Can it to increase shelf life!

Ingredients
- 12 Jalapenos
- 5 Habaneros
- 2 c White Vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 med white onion
- 1 c water
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together in a large blender
- Pour into a non-reactive sauce pan and bring to a boil
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency
- Pour into bottles or jars.
