Habanero Sauce

My Dad and I tweaked this recipe from another cookbook. We wanted more kick. Can it to increase shelf life!

Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapenos
  • 5 Habaneros
  • 2 c White Vinegar
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 med white onion
  • 1 c water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a large blender
  2. Pour into a non-reactive sauce pan and bring to a boil
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency
  4. Pour into bottles or jars.
