Crab Boil

Ingredients
- 2x Shrimp Boil Spice Mix
- 2 doz live hard shelled crabs
- 0.25 lbs shrimp/person
- 0.25 lbs Cajun Andouille sausage/person
- 6 qt. water
Directions
- In a heavy 10- to 12- quart pot or kettle, combine the water and spice mix
- Boil for 10 minutes
- Cook potatoes about halfway done
- Add the crabs, and boil for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the crab
- Add shrimp and sausage to the boiling water after 10-15 minutes.
- Boil for 5 minutes and remove pot from heat.
- Add the corn, and cover the pot.
- Allow crabs to cool for 10-15 minutes while the pot steeps.
