Stosh's Stolen Peppers
A Stanley P. original. They get their name from the fact that I made up the recipe after trying a friend’s version.

Ingredients
- 2 Habanero peppers
- 2 Finger peppers
- 3 Serrano peppers
- 11 Jalapeno peppers
- 6 lbs. tomatoes
- 3 green bell peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 Medium-Large onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 T Rosemary
- 1.5 t cayenne pepper
- 2 t black pepper
- salt to taste
- 5 T olive oil
Directions
- Coat the peppers in the oil and char in the oven until the skins are blackened.
- Remove the skins from the tomatoes by immersing in boiling water for 30 seconds and then immersing in a cold water bath.
- Coarsely chop tomatoes and peppers.
- Add everything into a large pot and simmer until desired thickness is reached.
