One-pot Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
 - 1 medium white onion, diced
 - 1 lb. baby bella mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 t salt
 - 0.5 t pepper
 - 0.5 c white wine
 - 2 T Worcestershire sauce
 - 4 c water
 - 8 oz. sour cream
 - 1 T tomato paste
 - 8 oz pappardelle pasta
 - 1 c frozen peas
 - 0.5 c Parmesan cheese
 
Directions
- Set dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, onion, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
 - Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Add white wine, Worcestershire sauce, water, sour cream, and tomato paste; bring to a simmer.
 - Add pasta, submerging in liquid. Cook 7 minutes, uncovered. Stir often to prevent sticking.
 - Add peas and cook 3 minutes longer. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
 - Serve immediately.
